You don't need to unplug a single cord or haul heavy PC towers into your vehicle. We come directly to your home, farm, or office anywhere in Saline, Pettis, or Henry county. We bring professional diagnostics tools, anti-static work equipment, replacement parts, and handle troubleshooting right on-site. If a specialized multi-day data recovery is required, we can safely disconnect and return it when completed.
What is your hourly rate and how do your travel fees work?
Our standard labor rate is $135/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Unlike competitors who hide surprise trip fees, our travel fees are completely transparent: Zone 1 (within 10 miles of base/Sedalia) is $25; Zone 2 (10–25 miles: Marshall, Windsor, Green Ridge, Smithton) is $45; and Zone 3 (25+ miles: Clinton, Slater, Sweet Springs, Arrow Rock) is $75. Remote screen-share sessions have zero travel fees.
How do your Senior, Disabled, and Veteran discounts work?

Do you charge a bench fee or diagnostic fee?
We charge an upfront $50 bench fee for complete hardware diagnostics, component testing, and troubleshooting. Best of all: this $50 bench fee is 100% waived if you accept and proceed with our recommended repair! You only pay the $50 bench fee (plus any applicable travel zone fee) if you decide not to proceed with repairs.
What if my computer is too old or damaged to be repaired?
We believe in honest technology advice, not selling you useless repairs. If we perform an initial diagnostic and find that a machine's motherboard or components would cost more to fix than buying a newer computer, we will tell you directly. In cases where you choose not to proceed with a repair, only our affordable $50 bench fee (plus travel) applies. We can also help you securely extract your photos and documents and set up a cost-effective replacement.
